New visits, up to 30minutes  $225

Subsequent Visits

Office Visit 15 minutes  $175

Ideal for 1 time non controlled medication refills, 1 new issue, or followup on previous visits. 

Office Visit 30 minutes $185

Ideal for visits for 2-4 non controlled medication refills and/or 2 acute or chronic conditions.  

Office Visit  45 minutes  $225

Ideal for preventive care visits or visits that require more time to discuss medical concerns

Please choose 30 or 45minute visits if you have a form to be filled out.  If more time is needed to fill out forms than available, time will be billed at a discounted rate of $10/5minute blocks.    Please fill out personal information and bring any relevant paperwork/information.  If paperwork is filled out incorrectly not due to fault of clinic, additional time will be charged.

Phone or video consultation.  Ideal for 1 time non controlled medication refill, 1 new issue, or followup on previous visits.  $150.

Sometime a House Call is just what the doctor ordered.  To insure safety and efficiency, House Calls may only be scheduled if the patient has had an office or telemedicine visit within last 3 months. An adult besides the patient or guardian for those who need one must also be present for the home visit.  Home visits are ideal for patients who have mobility problems.   have 1-2 new issue or followup on previous visits.   Email your preferred dates and times 48hours in advance to fang@mercerfamilymed.com.   New patient forms and home safety evaluation form need to be completed prior to making the appointment.

$250 for 30 minutes: Ideal for have 1 new issue or followup on issues managed on previous visits. 

$300 for 45 minutes: Ideal if more time is needed for history/exam or more issues need  to be addressed

A limited number of in office tests are available.  Please email ahead of time if there is one you are looking for.   Patients will be sent to Bellevue for most tests.   Testing centers accept insurance or may offer discount pricing for self-paying patients.  Dr. Fang will call you when results are ready and review them with you over the phone.

Although no vaccinations are available in the clinic at this time, Dr. Fang will be delighted to review with which vaccinations may benefit you and your loved ones.  Many adolescent and adult vaccinations are available at local Mercer Island pharmacies.   The only clinic currently on Mercer Island that receives vaccinations through the Washington State Childhood Vaccination Program is Mercer Island Pediatrics.  You may find other registered clinics on this map   https://fortress.wa.gov/doh/vaccinemap/
